Court Confirms Liability of Assignee's Guarantors

A recent decision by the Victorian Supreme Court of Appeal illustrates that the release of a lessee and its guarantor from liability under a lease after the lease has been assigned does not affect the subsequent liability of the assignee's guarantors.  Click here for more information.
