Paul Hardie

Paul has over 13 years experience specialising in the areas of corporate and commercial law with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, ASX and ASIC compliance, bankruptcy and insolvency, commercial and retail shops leasing, mining and resources, and contract negotiation and drafting. Prior to establishing Hardies Lawyers, Paul gained extensive experience in the areas of commercial litigation and property law, and was part of the mergers and acquisitions team of a large national law firm. |
He also has considerable corporate advisory experience having previously been employed with a corporate consultancy specialising in capital raisings and transaction execution.
Paul is also an experienced Non-executive Director, having held numerous directorships with public companies listed on ASX over the past 10 years. Currently, he is a Non-executive Director of Cougar Metals NL (ASX Code: CGM), an ASX listed company with exploration and mining interests in Brazil and a drilling business which operates throughout South America.
Paul is admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University.
