Securities Trading Policies Become Mandatory
From 1 January 2011, all ASX-listed entities will be required to have in place a securities trading policy for directors and other key management personnel and provide that policy to ASX for release to the market. Click here for more information.

That's very good for the company to have policies. I know ASX will be progressive as days gone by. :)
