An independent law practice delivering personalised service

Knowledge | Clarity | Results

Established in 2001, Hardies Lawyers is an independent law practice delivering personalised service and expert legal advice in the areas of business law, corporate law, insolvency, and property law.

As a Western Australian law practice, we have a real understanding of the local business environment, adding value through our extensive industry experience and market knowledge.

More than just lawyers, we take pride in being proactive and approachable while providing first class legal representation with personalised service that only a small practice can deliver.

Our focus on small and medium-sized businesses, including start-ups and ASX listed companies, together with our practical understanding of the business life-cycle has seen us help many Western Australian companies thrive and succeed.

Our mission is to provide transparent and cost-effective legal solutions. So we have done away with the conventional law firm practice of charging by the hour, and instead we work to an agreed pricing model.

We believe this approach instils confidence and assurance, and provides the foundation for a collaborative relationship with lawyers you can trust and rely on.
